Does the pool come with pump
No, it does not come with a pump. Unless it is stated there is a free pump.
How fast can i get my order? Is it possible for same day delivery?
Yes. Within the Klang Valley area, we can arrange for same day delivery. Just choose LALAMOVE as your courier. But in some cases where where we could not arrange for same day delivery, we will call or WhatsApp you.
Where are you located? Can i self pick up my order?
We are located in Puncak Alam, Selangor. Yes, you can self pick up your order. Just contact us at 017-6523433
Does the pool come with a warranty?
Yes. Within 24 hours you received the pool, please check. If the is any problem, we will exchange you for a new pool.
Can you post the items?
Yes, we do post out items. Domestic & internationally.
Do you provide installation service.
No, we do not. But the installation is so easy. Just like how you inflate a float. Most of the pools come with a manual book.
